What is Knowledge Keeper?

Knowledge Keeper is an AI-powered documentation assistant that helps your team automatically capture, organize, and update internal knowledge from tools like Slack, GitHub, Freshdesk, and Chrome.

Who is Knowledge Keeper for?

It's built for fast-moving product, engineering, support, HR and operations teams who want to keep their documentation up to date without manual effort.

Why would I want to keep my documentation up to date?

You can use your documentation as context to build other exciting custom AI applications. Your data is available for you to use as you please. AI app performance improves 6x if you keep the context data up-to-date.

What kind of knowledge can Knowledge Keeper manage?

Almost anything. We personally have tried research documents, sales trackers, employee repositories, system architecture documents, API docs, PRDs, project trackers, testing docs, prompt tracking systems, to-do lists, personal notes and a bunch of other documents that we cant really remember right now.

Integrations

What tools does Knowledge Keeper integrate with?

Currently, we support integrations with Slack, GitHub, Freshdesk, and Chrome (via a browser extension). More integrations are coming soon.

How does the Slack integration work?

You can submit messages or threads directly from Slack to Knowledge Keeper. Our AI will summarize it, clean it up and organize the content into your documentation.

Can I connect multiple GitHub repos?

Yes, you can connect multiple GitHub repositories.

AI and Automation

How does the AI know where to place content?

Our system uses context-aware retrieval, metadata tagging, and semantic analysis to decide whether to update an existing doc, create a new one, or suggest edits.

Can I review and approve AI-generated updates?

Yes. You can review-before-publish. You can also obviously edit it yourself.

Does the AI learn from our organization's language and structure?

Over time, yes. We allow fine-tuning but for enterprise accounts only.

Chrome Extension

What can the Chrome extension do?

Use the Ctrl+Shift+K shortcut key to submit an instruction to Knowledge Keeper. Just message or speech-to-text like you would to an assistant. Coming soon: Highlight text on any webpage or app, submit it to Knowledge Keeper, and the AI will smartly classify and update your internal knowledge base. Add screenshots to your instruction. Share articles and youtube links for us to read and update your documentation.

Is the Chrome extension secure?

Yes. The extension requests only minimal permissions and complies with OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication.

Privacy & Security

Where is our data stored?

All data is encrypted and stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We're hosted on AWS.

Who can see the documents created by the AI?

Access control is role-based. You can configure who can view, edit, or publish documents on a granular level.

Do you train your AI models on our private data?

No. Your data is used only within your workspace and is never used to train shared models.

Pricing & Plans

Is there a free trial?

We are free for our first 100 users. For the first 3 months.

How is pricing structured?

We offer a flat pricing of $10 per month per Owner, Editor and Collaborator added. Viewers are not charged.
